The plot of 6.630m² is located in a privileged environment: a cape with pine trees by the Mediterranean Sea. The access is made at the highest point of the property, from where there is a view over the whole garden with the sea as a background. The building is laid out in two floors. The volumes of the bedrooms and garage lean against a base made by the terrain and the living areas which are highly connected to the garden.
