The plot, of 600 m², is situated at one side of a residential neighbourhood, with spectacular views to the Sant Pol Bay. The volume responds to a strict urban regulation (minimum 70% of gable roof with red tiles) and the demand of a high occupation on a site with a steep slope. In order to open the building to the views the wide living room and terrace are located on the first floor, where the entrance, hall and kitchen are. On the ground level the bedrooms and basement have direct access to the swimming pool and garden.
